At Serptools.ai, we are committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy provides a straightforward, no-questions-asked refund guarantee within the refund period.

2. Refund Eligibility

Our refund policy is straightforward:

14-Day Refund Guarantee

Any purchase made on Serptools.ai is eligible for a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.

  • Full refund (≤30% credits used): If you have used 30% or less of your purchased credits, you are entitled to a full refund with no questions asked.
  • Pro-rated refund (>30% credits used): If you have used more than 30% of your purchased credits, you are still entitled to a refund, but it will be pro-rated based on the unused portion of your credits.

No questions asked: You do not need to provide a specific reason for your refund request. Any reason is accepted — whether it's a payment error, wrong package, change of mind, dissatisfaction with results, or any other reason.

Note: Promotional or bonus credits that were given for free are non-refundable, as no payment was made for them. Only paid purchases are covered by this guarantee.

3. Refund Amount

Your refund amount is calculated as follows:

  • ≤30% credits used: Full refund of your purchase amount.
  • >30% credits used: Pro-rated refund calculated as (unused credits ÷ total purchased credits) × purchase amount.

Payment Processing Fees

Third-party payment processing fees that were charged by payment providers may be non-recoverable. In such cases, the processing fee may be deducted from the refund:

  • Credit Card Payments: Up to 2.9% + $0.30 processing fee
  • Cryptocurrency Payments: Network transaction fees (variable)
  • Other Payment Methods: Applicable processor fees as incurred

4. Refund Request Process

  • Contact Support: Submit a refund request within the 14-day refund period through email at support@serptools.ai
  • Provide Required Information: Include your account email, transaction ID, purchase date, reason (optional), and preferred refund method.
  • Review Process: Our billing team will review your request within 3-5 business days.
  • Refund Processing: Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
